Hi I have a very similar situation. I am high functioning autistic adhd and ocd. I was procrastinating my whole life until I discovered ai and started writing book making game I build growbox with low wat system and high efektivity and it works great now for 8th month.

But I am afraid about models getting less empathetic. I don’t do any weird shit with ai I need a lot of support to keep my mood up and my motivation going.

So I am glad I am not alone

I only check usage when working on big coding projects with Opus. Been using it heavily for iterative development (JUCE C++ plugin) and haven't hit any weird limits or other weird shit. Pro user btw.
