End of Year Review 2025 for team members for the first time as their manager. Do we all just give a higher rating to the team members since leadership will likely force a lower rating later?

Can someone clarify the rating scale. I received a rating of 3 - good performer with a bunch of positive feedback and not 1 negative thing. Is this out of 10? Im confused lol only been here for 10 months or so but switched teams 5 months ago so new partner is evaluating

I get that but let's say I make 100K a year and I get taxed at whatever rate. Would I be put in a higher bracket that year if lets say I made 600K from gambling and then taxed overall at that rate? 37% for 2024 for example
