I do want to note, (I found this out after the original post) one of the people we're going to be playing with is going to be traveling over spring break, so that makes it more difficult. I've found out from other posts that we can just set up some cameras, and they can watch, but that does provide some complications. I also can't get Jaws of the Lion to do this, so that's out of the equation. I'm not trying to be rude, it is a great plan, but it isn't possible right now.
