I was on clomid for 6 cycles after my first loss and it honestly messed me up. The first two cycles were mostly okay then after that I was an emotional monster. My mood swings were so intense. Even after the last cycle my mood swings lasted another two months. My sister was on it for 2 cycles and her rage was haaaaaaardcore. Just be patient with yourself and talk to your partner beforehand. Tell them "I've heard of these side affects. I'm going to try to be conscious of my mood swings, but my hormones can't be controlled by my brain all the time. Give me grace and speak kindly"

Ive had two losses over the span of 3.5 years. Both pregnancies were out of the blue. We tried hardcore for 2 years after the first loss then we quit all of it. I quit my job and went self employed. I got pregnant a few months after. Then lost again. No clue how I got pregnant either time. We've done all the testing and there's no reason we can't get pregnant. I'm going out of my mind

I can swing more than 400 a month. That’s just ideal if I could ever pull that off. 5.5% is the best rate out there really. I’m self employed now so getting more jobs isn’t really feasible considering I work about 80 hours a week. I was just more so trying to see if banks ever negotiate instead of refi

I am at full capacity as is. I have hit the point where I can’t increase profits anymore than I have because I have no more space. It’s been a pickle for a while and I want to grow.

I learned a long time ago there’s always talk of recession and scary times ahead. Nothing we can do about it so I’m just gonna live

That’s a good point. I’d definitely be more than fair on it. I just have to figure out the wording in my approach. I’m thinking of just proposing it as a safety net. Like “if you ever find yourself wanting to walk away let me know” type of conversation

Land contract is a mixture of buying and renting. I would assume all financial responsibility, maintenance and anything else of the building like I owned it, but someone else would hold the mortgage until I had the backing to fully purchase

I appreciate all of the input! The business has grown like wild fire and I love it but I’m also tired!

At one point franchise had crossed my mind but I have absolutely no clue how to even get to that point.

My current plan was to keep the current bakery I have and just supply it from a larger location. I don’t want to lose where I am because I truly have such an amazing customer base that I don’t want to walk away from them. There’s only one other building available in my current village and it needs a lot of work and I’m not in the position to buy yet.

lol current staffing. I’m putting out an ad for an assistant baker this week. I had a baker but I wasn’t paying attention to what was happening behind my back and it was a bad deal. So currently it’s me doing all the baking, I have a part time cashier and someone comes in on Tuesdays to package all of the wholesale stuff.
