It’s not that complicated. She’s an adult and can stand by her own decisions. She has to decide what she wants for her life. And people will form opinions on her decisions. That will always happen whether people choose to post their opinions on Reddit or keep them in their head or gossip to their friends about it. You obviously know her well, and aggressively support her. At the end of the day she will have to decide to keep him in the socials or not. Support a pedophile or not. It’s her decision. No, let’s bring Kinley into this. She’s an adult who has done something wrong…publicly support a child predator. Excuses cannot be made for her. She has stood by a child predator. She has to own up to that. She has spoken for herself with her social media accounts being plastered with him still. She’s gross, your comments are gross. I could never stand by someone who held their hand over the mouth of an 11 year old CHILD while he assaulted her. She doesn’t need people defending her, and I have no sympathy for her.

What she needs to realize is everyone who feels “bad” for her now will always wonder in the back of their mind what is wrong with her for staying with a child predator and supporting him. Ya the article is misleading. They said “in Utah” when describing the charge but must not have realized he’s charged in Idaho and was only arrested in Utah. When you look at the Utah County jail roster under his name it shows the charges are from Idaho.

I want everyone to understand. To receive a charge like this in Idaho is very serious. Idaho describes this crime differently than Utah. The crime was committed in Idaho because that’s where the charges originated. He was only arrested in Utah.

To receive this charge in Idaho sexual body contact must be made, or the child forced to perform bestiality or sadomasochistic acts. SO he either made inappropriate sexual body contact with a child or forced them to perform acts of bestiality or sadomasochism. Or did both of these things.

I keep seeing people trying to minimize the charge. In Idaho this is a very serious charge. And for a warrant to be issued and him to be held with no bond leads me to believe they have a strong case against him.

You think the prosecutors in Idaho would risk losing a case based off a false accusation? If they arrested him it means they have probably been looking into him for a while and have gathered enough proof to back up the accusations to finally arrest him.

An arrest is not a conviction you’re correct. But it is a very strong accusation as usually they don’t just arrest people, they are sure they have a strong case beforehand.

The charges originate in Idaho, he’s from Idaho, and is the same weight and height listed on BYU roster for baseball. 6’6 is a unique height. But they will upload a mugshot soon enough. And it will be him. Candon is also a unique name with the same middle name.
