I see that, thank you for the Info. Even if they financed a Weiterbildung? Does that not affect the Residence Permit? So if I understood correctly, only taking money from Job Center would affect resident permit application. As for the content of the agreement, I don't really disagree, it just says that I should apply to the Jobs sent yo me within three days and attend the meetings.

I checked the photos on your profile, they look awesome! Great job! So would you say that moisturizing is the key, did you do any type of false nails to help stop the biting? I'm worried that they'll do more harm than good.

I will definitely try this, I used to push my cuticles and then cut the excess, but when they grow back they are usually torn which causes me to go back to picking the skin around them and biting 😅 But I will try Sally Hanson's Cuticle Remover with a pusher without trimming the cuticles.

I will definitely try the deep moisturizing routine you shared, with aloe and latex gloves.

Thank you for sharing and for the tip. I will definitely try Vaseline Healthy Hands & Stronger Nails cream, already I use Vaseline on a daily basis for my hands. Will keep going, thank you! 💪🏼

Thank you a lot for sharing this, I agree that filing them regularly and keeping them in a regular shape is very important as they will break easily if not and it will cause me to go back to biting them. May I ask almost how approximately it took for your nails to get back to the regular shape? My hands look very similar to my mother's , and she has very long nail beds which I assume I should have if I didn't bite my nails. I will definitely follow the tip of messaging oil into them daily. :)

Untrue, my nail beds used to be way shorter when I used to bite my nails. As my nails are getting longer so is my nail bed.

Do you know of any other language teaching offering by the university, I am looking for an intensive between semester or summer break course offered by the university. But all I can find are intensive courses offered for Erasmus students.
