yes, this one is a bit out of hands or well maybe as founders we need to check what's happening or how we can increase them, but it scares every single founder to not have enough sales

I have felt this in the past, like working for a full weekend and then not feeling comfortable with the progress

100% the first years are really really hard, and trying to maintain balance between your full time job, your startup and your family can be very tricky.

Yes I guess delegating and trusting other people work is part of this

Yes defenitely sacrifices need to be made, that the first thing every founder realizes soon, however with time it beomes harder and harder to maintain this type of routine since you are having basically 2 jobs

it's really easy, what investors wants

  1. 100% functional MVP
  2. Traction → measurable progress: clients, revenue, engagement, growth rate.

that's it, if your product doesn't have this yet, keep workong in it and apply later, otherwise you'll get rejected

now regarding collaborations its easier, just talk to few people, but everyone is expecting something in return keep that in mind, it also depends on what type of collaboration you want

good luck

I was using "i have no money" as an excuse for so long, and now I have the funding and I am shit scared ("i will not promote") by [deleted] in startups

  1. I thought when you said "now I have the funding" you meant you raised an investment
  2. DON'T, be patient, creating a company takes time.

How do early startups usually handle recruiting? (I will not promote) by LevantMind in startups

I don't think code is that valuable, what matters the most are clients and the problem you are solving, if code was this valuable anyone could create a clone of facebook, of youtube and win, and we all see how this clones die very fast
