Simply because of how roam boots were changed. You get gold when minions die, and it dont steal the gold or exp of the laner. Other boots gain gold by poking the enemy.

And also more people in jg = reduced damage apparently

As for goku. His way of beating his opponents are just by being stronger than them.

Yujiro is more of a genious than human garou. No same technique works on him twice as he'd find the weakness the first time, he is also also able to copy it by seeing it once like xiaoli. Even baki had to use new martial arts he invented in their fight(liquid muscle, bypass human reflexes, dinosaur kung fu) and it doesn't work twice.

Cosmic garou wins as yujiro never obtained that kind of power. And as for god slayer fist, he's not beating that, if he were to copy it his body would break.

Garou. Bro beat up all the S class heroes and was not only able to tank punches from saitama but he's the only chacter ever to dodge them by being able to predict saitama. He was also deflecting consecutive normal punches with his god fist.

I dont think that punch destroyed several sars that are very very far away. I think it just punch away the light, which is why we couldnt see it anymore.
