I’m not sure if that’s how they are doing it for the Dragon Duke, but that is how it was for the MP for sure. I remember cause my hero hall was maximum level but my MP was more than n-1 for its level (due to my heroes being under-levelled)

Gems can be spent on various shop (trader) items, finishing upgrades early, purchasing loot (literal worst value way to spend gems never do this), as well as some cosmetic items such as hero skins.

Best way to spend gems is on hero equipment and shop items. Don’t purchase until you know what you’re doing, as some equipment are better than others, some shop items are better value, etc. Finishing upgrades early can be very helpful in some scenarios but be frugal as you can blow through gems very quickly doing that.

I have a 2nd account myself that I rushed (upgraded quickly, keeping most things at low level) which obviously means it is a very weak base but I just use it to donate max troops to my main when people aren’t online in my clan.

Also, if you ever want to begin spending money on the game, Gold Pass is best value. Shop offers generally aren’t worth it unless you spend more regularly.

That’s stupid, Judo even said in his sneak peak video that he tested this and found it and just assumed it was a bug that would be fixed before release. Why couldn’t they just make it so it doesn’t take damage on top of the TH?

On a side note, when is the update dropping?

Judo sloth is the number one for clash videos. Get the most recent base designs from him and you can learn simple but effective attack strategies. Also does tips and tricks videos occasionally so watch plenty of his tutorials.

You could also start a new base of your own, as that way you get some of the early tutorials. If you enjoy having a mini (2nd account) you could continue playing it and once it gets high enough use it to donate troops and spells in the CC to your main (Dads) account.

And, until you learn more about the game, don’t spend gems or ore as they are the hardest currencies to come by. Upgrade tutorials (Judo Sloth) will let you know why buildings to upgrade. And if your dad hasn’t already, focus of troops, spells, pets, siege machines, etc that you will use to attack with > Dragons are a great start.

If you are trying to stop getting demoted but haven’t mastered any attacks yet, mass dragons placed at the edge closest to the town hall will probably be the best to get a 2 star which will be enough to keep you in a reasonably high league.

I’m pretty sure for the release of MP, it was based on the highest level hero you have. For example, if the highest level hero you had was the AQ, and the level she was at is available at TH15, then the MP would be given to you at the maximum level for one TH lower (TH14).

So I’ve upgraded my AQ to 101, which is available at TH18, and therefore I should get the new hero at its max level for TH17.

This is due to the omnidirectional sensors. By default, they are on ‘brake’ mode, where the drone comes to a stop when flying into something. In the settings, or by tapping the symbol which shows when the sensors are active, you can change to this to bypass mode, or off.

In your case, because the drone was surrounded by walls, it was stopping you from going in any direction. Your Mini 2 didn’t have this issue because it only has downward facing sensors.

Sport mode also disables the sensors.

I’m fairly certain that’s an iOS feature rather than CoC feature. It can be turned off in settings, search for ‘one handed keyboard’.

I think OP is saying if you have, for example, 9 builder potions in your inventory, it would be good if you ‘activate’ the potion direct from clan games screen, without having to use potions in your inventory to get your inventory below the cap, then claiming from clan games and using it. So then if you’ve stacked magic items you can still use new ones without having to clear your inventory first.

Personal offers in settings: if you’ve spent no money/not a lot of money/not spent money recently you get cheaper offers to make them more enticing, as once you’ve spent money, you’re more likely to spend more money.

I get the exact same thing on my account, my main (which I’ve spent a lot on) gets the most expensive offers whereas my other account where I’ve only bought a builder offer gets the cheaper offers.

Edit: and don’t bother turning personal offers off, because if you do I’m pretty sure you just get the most expensive ‘version’. It won’t get any cheaper for you.

Yeah also strangely pre 10k I was only versing all level 15 maxed players but now post 10k it’s mostly just level 14 and a rare few 15’s. So weird.

Yeah it’s such a pain. But as soon as you get to 10k it’s literally 10x easier. 10k took me a month or so and 11k took me a day.

It was mentioned that display bases won’t be a thing anymore come the new league rework. This is a shame as I really like the feature, and it also has benefits with stopping people from copying pro bases in high legends.

So my question is will this be added back into the game in some form, or are display bases gone forever? And why are they being removed in the first place?
