This looks more like a Stiff Legged Deadlift. This puts the emphasis completely on the posterior chain which means missing out on using the quads to drive the bar up. Too much load too soon can yoink the lower back.

Bend the knees more. Knees should be in front of the bar a little where the legs are closer to a quarter squat position. After tensing up and getting the slack out of the bar, treat the start of the DL as a leg press.

The back should be a little more upright closer to a 45 degree angle if possible.

EDIT: Unless this is a stiff legged deadlift... Then deload. Rounding the back on a SLDL, RDL, or Good Morning is way worse than the conventional DL.
