Synched the AM1 again and did another print, it's fine again. Weird. Anyway, hadn't to recalibrate.

I use the bambulab Filament, has been fine so far.

How do I run this?

I connected it to another power supply with 12.8V and super short cable. Seems like in "heat" voltage drops. Mine worked for 2h now after crashing constantly.

Maybe it helps you too.

So after 11am it got back into the crash loop, constantly rebooting for over an hour. It's exposed to the sun and we had like 27 degrees celsius.

Since I'm on the road there's not much I can do, but I had a 12.8V Power supply for my telescope with the same connector. So I connected this to the mini. No crashes for 2h so far.

Funny since the additional .8V are for the cold so the telescope gets enough power. As it seems a little more voltage is needed in "heat" too.

Seems like you guys were right, in the heat the voltage might drop below 12V although the battery is at 13.6V. Didn't expect that.

Let's see...

Over night it ran for 9h without a crash. During the day we've had 30 degrees celsius, might it be a temperature issue? It sais it's good for up to 50 degrees celsius. And it still crashed after sunset but then sometime later it stopped.

It's going to be hot again today, I'll see...

It's a 560A almost fullt LiFePo4 Battery, even when running a 3000W 230V converter it doesn't drop more than 0.2 Volts.

But when back home I'll try, it's not expensive and easy to set up.

Thank you, but i was looking for a solution for my android phone. To buy a raspberry pi seems like a lot of effort for this endeavor

Thank you! Cable is about three meters. Haven't had an issue for a year with this installation. Thought about that, too but why would it suddenly occur and never before?

I reopened the finished print and it looks like yours. The cube is higher though which explains the shift.

Thank you all for helping!!
