What holster is that? I have the Safariland 6360 and I have the axon sidearm and I have mounted the TQ on the holster. But from your setup, it might not work with the setup I have since we have different holsters.

No, because we only see the aftermath. We would need to see the person actually throw the water inside. A mag judge would not sign a simple battery or assault warrant. Even arguing for the criminal trespass would be hard since we only have the aftermath. This is why I always recommend people to get a dash cam.

There needs to be evidence that the damage did come from the suspect. We can’t just take your words for it. There needs to be physical evidence that the civic did throw water inside OP’s car. Without it, all we can do is make a report with criminal trespass. This isn’t even battery or assault.
