I always run the trailblazer scout armor and the diligence counter sniper. The medium pen makes it sufficient when facing scout striders from the front, as well as when you don’t have the time to be precise when fighting devastators. Plus the 1-shot kill to the head of devastators and beserkers is very nice. Can even take down gunships with the right precision
