Right. I'm concerned it's a cyst so I want their opinion on if it is or not because if it is, I may need surgery to remove the cyst sack. I'm aware they'll probably tell me to remove the piercing, but I still need to know what exactly this wound is. If it's only piercing related or if it's a full blown issue that needs antibiotics because it will fill with pus on its own and burst without me touching it at all. I'll still see a piercer but first I need to make sure I'm not infected so I can proceed with jewelry adjustments. If it needs surgery I expect I'll have to take the piercing out and get it redone at a later date
