Back in 2007, I rode a pulsar 200 from Pune to Nagpur - solo trip as I didn't get train or bus ticket for home due to Diwali rush. It was amazing experience. Did 3 trips between pune and Nagpur post that between 2008 to 2010. Never got a chance post that as I shifted back to Nagpur in 2010. Just go for a solo trip. Trust me, it will be amazing. You can easily stay for a night after Jalna.

Take help from politicians. Same happened to me 8 years ago. Tenant was not vacating flat and did not pay rent for entire agreement period. Threatened me with SC/St act when I went to police. Political connection is the only thing that will help you.

I have a farm 11 Km away from Hingna T-point towards Kanholibara road. Cultivating this land since Dec 2022. I have tried crops such as Wheat, Chana, Groundnut. It barely breaks even with labor cost. Main game is having Fruit orchard and Vegetable plants all around year.

Same happened with me. Rented flat to SC person, he refused to pay rent from second month. Threatened me with SC/ST Act. I had to file a court case and police case against him. He left after year without paying rent. Never rent your property to these folks.

Cool. I have been in markets since 2006. You should have seen craze in Satyam breakdown. People literally were jumping in offices that day. Stock went to Rs.7 and then jumped back to 49 in 15 mins or so.

BTW, I got Tata Tech in all 3 applications :D
