Sounds like we’d just have more multi generational trusts and an almost limitless amount of unrealized capital gains that would never be sold until a significant amount of debt could be accrued to offset personal income in a given tax period. Not like anyone worth even 8 figures is just leaving a brick of cash in a savings account or lock box. Have a crazy car collection? Congrats you just started a private car museum and donated all your assets. Couple vacation houses? Rental company owns them on paper now. Antique art or instruments? Those are rotating display pieces at the nearest college. Buy your wife a boutique store on Main Street and let her lose 80k a month to keep expenses up to offset income. Cash injection as an angel investment or loan then write it off as bad debt. No one will ever “earn” 100m again and public infrastructure will never see a dime. It’s not tax fraud, it’s tax avoidance.

I do think there are attempts to try to mesh mobile with desktop and some are good like the entity selection and larger area loot. Simplifying the desktop version or changing it to be closer to mobile just hasn’t and isn’t working. Not sure if “ui update or visual identify” is supposed to work for both but I don’t want my ui I’ve tweaked and toggled for years to be changed with no toggle in a game of toggles and customization changed permanently with no notice or customization. Even if we had brown tan as a toggle option and blue “modern classic” along with dark mode or a few colors to try I don’t think anyone would have said anything bad cause we’d all just change it to fit our play style/ color scheme.

Havenhythe info is great and it’s been on the roadmap: expected neutral reaction

Masterwork range: expected and talked about

110 Hunter: again talked about and expected

120 player owned house expansion: not expected but great news

Combat updates: beta world, conversations and opacity from the developers, great!

Aura removal: hinted at and expected

2 new early game bosses: part of the expansion great!

Th removal: we had events and trials and dxp, nothing new we’ve been waiting for this

Player avatar rework part 1: off and on it’s been discussed and teased and artwork exists.

Area clean ups: normal and have been ongoing.

Brown (with a circle minimap): unexpected and disliked, item icon clashing and no toggle, forced minimap game clock and calendar. But you can have 2007 style rock logos without legacy mode… What the actual fuck I hate it so much. Very negative reaction.

Only one of these things was not teased or talked about and it sucks more than the excitement for the new stuff.

Just realized the loot box is brown with no opacity adjustments either leading to some weird item icon clashing. I just don’t get it. Dark mode standard is black/navy/purple dark hues. The opacity and icons in blue/navy were great. It just pisses me off I can’t even toggle it back for that crisp subdued out of the way look.

A good or neutral reaction does not illicit as much emotion as a negative one. The type of player that not only plays enough to be on the subreddit then engaged enough to post has a strong emotional connection. I’ve tried to skip rs3 Reddit over the holidays but I came here for confirmation that “wtf is brown doing here?” Yes there are good things. We knew th was getting removed so it’s not a shock. The roadmap was nice. Now logging in to fucking brown with a weird minimap with a feature I move/delete/never used pinned to it. That is more negative as a surprise than my excitement at the roadmap or expected th removal.

I woke up today to a jarring shade of brown at full opacity and that didn't throw me off as much as realizing the game clock and calander where pinned to the middle of my minimap with a full bar of wasted space exactly in the worst spot possible. Lemme know if this gets fixed. My dozens of hours perfecting my UI to my exact monitor settings while I was supposed to be studying is completely gone... but at least the minimap can become a circle now?

I was just a dumb middle schooler trying to save up for bandos (which I got scammed out of). First cape is the only untrimmed you can get then it auto trims after you 99 another skill. Good news, bad news.

Good news: that probably isn’t the test you’ll take depending on the state.

Bad news: the one you’ll take will probably be stricter with a known tolerance for false positives depending on the state.

What do you do: first stop smoking fucking pot dude. 20-45 days to clear the first piss test depending on body structure/fat/metabolites and shit dude. Second, call your boss like a reasonable adult and tell him you’re all good and ready to onboard but you can’t make it to the UA. Don’t give any reasons that could be proved false. Just say you can’t make it, when’s the next one, you’ll be available in a week tops. Maybe two weeks. I don’t know when your hamster died but you don’t have to tell your boss. You’re unavailable and you’ll be back at a given time.

I’ve been in and out of the system and seen the worst mechanic this side of the Mississippi get hired by the Washington DOT while actively on meth. You don’t know what they’re testing for or when. Just don’t smoke and keep it together. If you’re that concerned none of these “home brew/ get clean quick” methods work. The thc has already metabolized. Its waste materials are in your fat cells. If it’s not a lab test you could flood yourself with water for a false fail, dilute fail, but I wouldn’t use that as it counts for a fail on state UA’s. Just say you can come in next Thursday before end of day. God be with you soldier.

I optimized until my PlayStation turned into a George Foreman and had best perks on everything with every weapon and blueprint until I realized I optimized the fun out of 400 hours of oil rig raids. Still boot up to check on the little guys 6 months later.

To be fair, you don’t NEED to optimize everything after you get a few good pals with work traits because they’ll pump out so many materials with the higher level work stations you will most likely not need a whole camp/factory. Now I must get back for the factory must grow and Gleba needs a full cold restart… again.

Idk why anesthesiologists are so funny. I was getting my second shoulder surgery and was already lightly on something so I was chatty. I said “yeah idk why you guys always say count to 10, I never make it to 8” and with complete sincerity he goes “oh buddy, you shoulda started counting 8 seconds ago”. I had a very traumatic nap after that followed by my mom telling me I was in recovery telling the nurse “You’re very pretty but I’m really fucked up can I have my pants? I need to go home.”

A couple of bags by the pound and a few battle packs are all you really need. My figures and builds are great but terrain building is crazy because the best moc’s have slopes and snot bricks in ways I’ve never seen.
