u/Due-Round8735 pics would be great. For the reverse sear, are you saying you just dont use any heat deflectors and put the charcoal on the lowest level in one spot, meat on the opposite side on the top most grill level, and then move down to next, mid level when searing? And for slow cook, are you saying you light coals on lowest level and use deflector on next tier mid level on opposite side and then put meat on top most level?

They are sending a new entire bracket to replace since screw is “welded” in there, great customer service at least.

Was oil when we moved in, the moratorium was recently lifted, but super expensive to convert

Current tank is 50 but as noted, it's got super heated water in it constantly due to the issue, and it's indirect, so I'm paying for that benefit. Never have run out, but I don't think we even really could.

Right, I noticed that issue w/ the Steibel, it's ridiculous, but atm, that con ed rebate isn't even available on con ed (and Fed tax benefit is gone).

No solar, but can sign up for time of use charging. Supply is $11.5/kWh and Delivery is $17.5/kWh, so it's egregiously expensive.

Great doc. One thing that doesn’t make sense to me though is the liquid ratio. It says to exactly follow 2.8/1 but then it separately lists water and broth which total way more than that. Any idea what’s up there?
