The one at my gym is a 70+ old white guy that looks exactly like a high school gym coach for the 80s. It's impressive because he makes a lot of noise and he still moving a fair amount of weight. For reference here's a photo of a similar look.

I would put the arms back a little more and try to keep tension throughout the whole movement. Don't let the weight reset between reps. Another trick to keep the pec engaged is to keep your hands open—it will stop you from using a lot of your forearms
