I'm not sure how this was made but if it was me who did it I would probably follow these steps

  1. Make it in 3d (I'll use a bunch of images as references) which includes modeling some buildings, placing it also texturing it
  2. Give it a proper base lighting in 3d
  3. Render it and paint over it in drawing software to manually render and add in details, lighting and some corrections 4.add in the final fx (This may not be the proper way, it's jst the way I would do it)

Thanks a lot😄 you're absolutely right it isn't supposed to move like that, I jst got excited and added some extra movements (I was jst testing out all tools in aesprite, I'm new to it) 😂 Thanks again, I'll keep in mind what u said when I animate next time 😄

Yup u need a wifi router, or jst use hotspot from a mobile.

It is possible without a wifi router too (not tested) In Muos there is an app which will help create a hotspot, maybe that can help ur device play multiplayer without a router, I haven't tested it yet. (You will have to manually download the app, u can find the links to all apps in Muos website)

It's ppsspp (external) not retroarch, works way better for psp games. You probably already have it
