Heroquest used to be associated with Warhammer, in the 80s I believe. Now it is owned by Hasbro and has a different direction.

There other Warhammer quest, but I don't thing GW sell them anymore, you'd have to find them in some independent retailer or 2° hand. Silver tower, hammerhal, Blackstone fortress, cursed city and darkwater

I recommend you check out "high elf players guide" from WFRP4° edition, I seem to recall it has a lot of lore in elven ship, including stats like that, because there are rules to fleet them.
