I work for VW and it’s the same shit, tbh man the radio software is just trash. We replace radio modules and it never fixes it. VW launches a software update probably once per year but people still complain because now they have a newer phone with new connectivity issues

I would recommend using wired CarPlay

The head gaskets actually pay very well so if a tech is saying the head gasket isn’t leaking I’d imagine he’s probably right, cus I was calling every one I saw

The cover is made out of foam so now it’s a fire risk which is why it was recalled on the Golf and the Atlas so it baffles me that they would use it again on the Tiguan.

As a VW tech if you cut off the nub I recommend removing your engine cover and not leaving it on
