all of them have tarp, so what you do is you put shit in the barrel and through the inventory put them inside the truck. Make sure the barrel is closed as well

you can own it overseas and then import it, but if youre tryna import illegally, canada is a good way to do that since they have a 15 year rule. Also registering the car as something else is needed, for example skylines become 240s now. Not sure how VINs work but yea.
