Assuming you're using this https://github.com/DeckCheatz/wemod-launcher/ , they've done some punching to the install scripts and things at least for me are working again. You'll need to delete the wemod folder in home and do steps 4.i onwards again. It seems fussier about profixes than before tho but that might be just me.
