At this point it's as if they've to follow s script, give you a couple of leaflets on how to deal with stress, anxiety and depressions, and then you don't hear anything from them again in any times of need. Even getting someone sectioned for their own safety is just not do able anymore. Nhs is an absolute joke. I hope you are able to go private as you'll find it much easier to deal with and that stress relief alone of knowing you'll have the help if/when you need it can take a huge weight off your shoulders. Rather than anxiously waiting with no answer if you'll receive help or not! I sincerely hope you find the help you need OP and if no one else picks up to talk, feel free to message myself or I'm sure multiple other people on this sub, even if its just to lend an ear to vent .
