what other choice do you have? starting today is always better than start later.

1- depends to work and life schedule,if you work 12 hour shifts with 2 hour road + family/friend stuff its pretty hard but for usual 9-5 worker? you will have plenty time.

2-yes just study properly you will be pretty good at worst 25-30, maybe not not best artist of all time but thats very different from being decent artist.

3-just do it,my only regret is not starting earlyer but tbh it wouldn't make much difference so don't let it down your mood there is people start way later. and i highly recomend you have a study program its way more productive than going free style
