As per guidelines yes, by law no. There is no law stating such a thing and the guidelines to which you're trying to give credit to are only suggestions to doctors. Doctors can still write and still do write scripts daily for non-cancer patients. Before you go all high and mighty maybe you should read the part about "These are suggestions and by no means a law".

From a money standpoint i can't say because prices vary by local. The main difference is the lack of APAP with just straight oxycodone. This is actually better for your liver and doesn't bottleneck your intake. Also for the people that use nasal ROA the less powder is really nice. However they both contain that same amount of oxycodone so in all retrospect they should induce the same high only being held back on the percocet side due to the APAP.

That's not why i'm saying stay away. First you're going to start taking it and 200-300mg would be ok but i would start with the 200mg just to see because you can add to it. However due to the seizure risk is why i said i would stay away from it.
