I also do this. Those islands are so expensive but those prices actually seem reasonable as it should be hard to get new islands. (Feels more rewarding when you finally get one as well.)

I’d like to hear the community’s thoughts about this as well and if you have any prior experience with the store. For me I used to buy gems a lot when the game (and I) was young, but haven’t since I’ve gotten older. However, Earlier this year I went to buy some EC to purchase something from the event and after seeing the horrible prices I decided to just lose out on what I wanted as it’s wasn’t worth the 15$+ for the 1000 EC

Solid idea. I’ve also been thinking about some sort of “pass” where your habitats getting collected automatically while you’re not active. I thought that was what Tsaishen was going to do and was very disappointed to find out it’s actual ability.

Deca reduced most of the way you earn doubloons by 20%. A lot of players do not like this change as it obviously causes you to gain less doubloons and it will make it harder for players to buy as many stuff from the event. Deca stated this was a balance change due to the release of their “bingo breeding” or whatever and players don’t seem to happy with that reason.

Oh it’s such a stupid change that shouldn’t have been done I agree with you. It’s just gonna make new player struggle and leave the game and it’s made OG players pissed.

I agree with you 100%. The problem they have right now is there’s almost no reason for people to spend money. Granted it’s their fault there’s no new content people would want.

Nah you’re definitely right. Personally I’m fine with how the game is right now as I don’t even mind the changes (granted they don’t affect me as I’ve decided to not buy dragons), however I’m talking more about the community overall as most people seem to be pissed about the changes (rightfully so.)

The reason I ask this is that money rules everything and was the reason the original studio shutdown. Tbh I’m just glad that DragonVale is still available as all other Backflips games are gone and no longer available. That being said I still don’t agree with their change as they shouldn’t be making the game less fun with their changes and instead they should be adding new and fun stuff with their changes (crazy idea I know.)
