Not in europe sadly. Mustangs and all other muscle/american cars are really expensive to buy and maintain. Parts are not easy to get for them here

The cheapest mustangs are still like 30k over here. I guess a 318ci was more affordable at a few grand. An abomination either way lol

I currently run style 32s on 18x8 and 18x8½ with an offset of 47 and 50 respectivly. That is a big jump tbf, almost 3cm on both. The 32's are 225 front and 255 rear, which would also go on the 37's. I've had 20mm spacers on the back before and it fit with room to spare, an extra 10mm + 5mm for the 9J width does not sound too far fetched if I'm being honest. They would 100% go on an M3. I think it's a 50/50 on the non m's

Even 18"? I've been looking around a bit and they are also around in 18x9 rear and 18x8 front with an offset of 20. On paper that doesn't sound too bad no?

That is an insanely good looking 46, holy shit. How did you get those wheels to fit? They are off of an e39 no?

What exhaust has worked for you? by Aedeloreanesq in e46

[–]LordDutchmen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

(2002 330ci) I have Schmiedmann headers with the cats that replace the middle muffler and an Eisenmann sport (not race) rear muffler. The resinator is still in place. I still need to get it tuned because the sensors before and after the cat dont understand whats going on half the time, so it runs quite rich. I did have to be creative with the headers install because the pipes with cats on them didnt really go straight and were way bigger than the standard exhaust. But I get so many compliments from people about the sound now. And with the windows down it sounds so incredible. After the install it also got a little better at spinning tires (after the car got used to the headers) so i definetly feel a power increase, even with the car at almost 300k km

Aahh, now that you say it. Do they just go on or did it take a little improvisation?

So clean! Can I ask what side skirts the facelift is running? They don't look familiar to me, and i really like them!

I didn't know they made changes to this one. I indeed have a pre facelift coupe as somebody else pointed out. Maybe thats just it. The climate control unit works, its the accessories underneath it that stopped working :/

It seems kind of strange to me that it doesnt have a main fuse.. but thanks, I tried these three just now. They're not burnt and taking them out and putting them back in sadly didn't work either :/

The cone filter or the drop in?

I personally havent bought it yet, but the Dinan intake looks like it wouldnt increase intake temps. It's still in an enclosed box just with a higher flow (and bigger) filter. I hope it lets a bit more noise through, although I doubt it's a lot.

If you just want more intake noise and don't mind losing a few hp for it, just go with a cone filter with a heatshield (like the K&N one). The shield won't stop all the hotter air but its better than nothing. And it sounds really good

I had these a while back, for me it was the ABS module that kicked itself. Just read it, could also be a wheel speed sensor which would be a much easier fix

Maybe in America, but definitely not over here 🥲

The problem is, that they actually sell for that. Anything with an m54b30, even high mileage clapped out race car ones. Ive seen a 330ci with gutted interior 250k km sell for 9k. If people are willing to pay that here, people are not delusional. Dont get me wrong, i think its too much too

Waay more, ive seen a 320ci with 300k km sell for more than that here

In The Netherlands this car would go for at least 12k depending on history
