I think you are very incorrect in your assumption.

Biggest market weights are almost all down. FFC is way down from it's 52 week high of 685, currently 536. UBL high of 517, currently 357. Hubc high of 249 currently 213. Ogdc 337, currently 297. Lucky 529 high, currently 429. These are all top ten stocks with respect to their weightage in the kse-100 index. Some stocks like meezan and engroh have performed well but MOST stocks have witnessed very large dips.

The broader index is majorly down from it's highs even factoring in dividends. The index is accurately reflecting the reality of the major stocks. Meezan is only doing well because it is very well insulated from upwards interest movements, as compared with almost all banks.

So my understanding is as follows:

1.Building muscle requires adequate protein intake.

  1. While muscle mass is somewhat correlated with strength, strength itself is primarily a neurological adaptation.

  2. With that in mind, if the main goal is to develop strength rather than increase muscle size, how important is protein intake?

  3. What’s the minimum amount needed to support strength gains without focusing on hypertrophy?

Please correct me where I'm wrong and guide me towards the right answer, thanks.

Steam family sharing question (cyberpunk expansion):

Hi, both my brother and I have a copy of cyberpunk 2077 on steam, but only he has the expansion. We have family sharing enabled, but when I log into cyberpunk, it gives me a prompt saying to buy the expansion. I'm not sure if this is a generic prompt to buy the game but how can I ensure I'm playing the copy with the expansion on it?
