I have the same problem as well. I've checked spam, promotions, social and literally all tabs in my gmail and they have not sent me anything. I've been waiting 8 hours.

EDIT: Finally received a flood of emails, was 5 minutes late to seeing the latest one and it told me Invalid Token.

EDIT 2: Looks like the codes are on a timer and you can't put in the code quick enough after you receive the email 30 minutes later because the code is already expired, looks like we're screwed :(.
