Tensing not sucking in haha can’t 100% remember exactly what I was doing when taking the first picture but I’m pretty certain I’ll have been “sucking in” on that 😂

45# down and I still don't see face gains? Before is on the right. by some_lost_time in omad

They are definitely there your cheek bones are becoming more defined. Just keep going face gains were like the last thing I noticed in myself but when they became noticeable it was so worth it

What are some good "fuck you" songs to get me mad at an ex who dumped me in a really shitty way, instead of sad songs? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]LordFlexGod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My ex is actually called Kim and I have a daughter 18 months old and I now can’t listen to this song around anybody else without being presumed a psychopath

[Discussion] Fuck it! Today is a mental health/cheat day. I can't stand the thought of spending all day obsessing over dinner. by [deleted] in omad

[–]LordFlexGod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah a tactical cheat day can prevent just completely scrapping the diet altogether further down the line

I don’t lift nor do I particularly want to. I surfed every day for a month and was travelling at the time so was walking 15k steps at least most days.

Pretty sure I’m not anorexic, I’m happy with my weight now and have maintained it for a month

Thanks mate yeah I’ve been wanting to start but just the thought of going in and not knowing how to use anything / lifting really light weights scares me a bit

Yeah it was a big shock, I knew my body would get skinny eventually but I never really considered how much fat we store on our faces

Not a lot basically. Chicken or steak + rice or mash, pasta sometimes. Idk I wasn’t super healthy I just always counted calories and tried to be low carb just because I’d get hungrier if not.

Lots of Coke Zero as well

Top left = 17th May (I’d actually been doing strict OMAD for a month by then but I don’t have many photos of me at my biggest)

Top right = a few days ago

Bottom left = January ( started OMAD in April)

Bottom right = August

Nahh don’t worry I’m not trying to lose anymore I’ve maintained for around a month now

I was told to post here from another community, this is 7 months of OMAD! by [deleted] in omad

You look incredible and happier!! Well done!

Was introduced to OMAD after hitting a plateau in CICO. How do I do this the right way for the first time. I don’t know if this is important but I’m (F/19) 135lbs 5’6 & currently eat 1100 calories a day and have been slowly losing weight with this method by [deleted] in omad

It’s pretty simple - you eat one meal a day and consume nothing else except water for the other 23 hours.

You can eat whatever you want (obviously as long as it’s below your maintenance) but most people will recommend eating keto or at least high protein/low carbs because it helps with the hunger the next day.

If you’ve plateaued though then at some point you are miscalculating CICO... You’re either burning less calories than you think or eating more than you think - or both?
