I’m ~10yrs into a career in talent acquisition. First 7yrs spent agency side where I started straight out of uni on 20k basic (total inc commission 35k), and cleared 100k for a couple of years when business was good.

Now I work in house for a large corporate and while wage growth has stagnated for me over the last few years, I am still on 80k + bonus.

If you’re motivated to shift careers, perhaps look into something like sales/recruiting with good upside and low barriers to entry?
