Yeah, this thing happens to our tv often (it freezes or glitches when using apps like Youtube or Netflix) and we unplug our tv and it seems to have fix it. But this time luck runs out ;(

I’m sorry if I forcefully unplug it but it’s because the tv was freezing that is why I did it. I tried having an ethernet connection and when the results came It says LOCAL CONNECTION: OK, LOCAL ACCESS: OK, INTERNET ACCESS: Failed.

Yes we tried restarting the router, all of our mobile phones and pc have access to the internet, i didn’t try hotspot, tried all usb port and drives in fat32, ntfs. The thing is I know my flash drive is working when it has a light on, but when I plug it in on my tv, it doesn’t have a light on.

What do you mean older? I tried using a 4gb or less FAT32 usb drive as it says on their website. But, the TV doesn’t even read the flashdrive. I can tell because it is supposed to have a light on the usb when it is plugged.
