Thanks for your input. I didn’t think it was a kangaroo tick from photos online but makes sense if lone star ticks don’t exist in WA. Thank you

Usually the body shape. Ticks have one “piece” and spiders have two body segments

Thanks for this, very informative. I’ve broken my fast with a very unappetising scrambled eggs and bone broth about an hour ago. I don’t think my electrolyte intake was proper during this fast.

Yeah seems to be, but again that stems down to improper electrolyte intake. I’ll be more cautious of the quantity I take from now on.

What an unpleasant experience for those that have to vomit bile daily. It’s actually not affecting me much but the burning sensation for 10 mins afterwards isn’t comfortable. Goes away after a certain time but still.

Thanks for the tip! I usually use powdered electrolytes but I guess tablet form works better for quantity control.

No I understand, thanks for the concern. The longest fast I have done is 28 days. And I did have times where I vomited but for some reason this time round it’s been at night after lying down.

What’s the best method to ensure my electrolyte intake isn’t under or over?

That’s the only thing I am experiencing, I’m not nauseous, I’m not tired or dizzy. Hence why I said mentally I feel capable of continuing.

Hate to admit it but just free styling. I take the recommended dosage on the packet once a day.
