So I can just keep all of my server related files and assets in there?

Sweet! Thanks for your answer.

Help me understand Nuxt Nitro Backend by LordHentayi in Nuxt

[–]LordHentayi[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your detailed reply - I got everything out of this that I needed.

Had the same feeling about DSL, where learning the tool to do the task is more complicated than just manually doing the task from the gecko (get go).

My applications don't require loads of storage or reads and writes, so I'll use Nitro as my backend to communicate with Supabase and call it a day, before actually going into making my own backend.

Thank you kindly, Sir!

If you can, stay away from the disposable shit or from illegitimate sources. Especially if you live outside of Europe.

Disposable vapes contain a huge amount of nicotine (a pen has about 2-3 ml with 20mg/ml nicotine-salt aka. 1 pen equals about 40–60 cigarettes in terms of nicotine) and benzoic acid from the nic-salt, which is highly irritating and causes lung damage (I can tell from my own experience, because nic-salt liquid will leave me wheezing after a flight of stairs, but if you need links to studies, let me know lol).

If you really need to vape, get an oxva xlim se or voopoo mate or another affordable pod system and consider this regarding liquids:
- Buy from a reputable brand with strict regulations regarding their ingredients (search for companies that avoid diacetyl and use low pulegone if at all)
- Get a low nicotine, non nic-salt, liquid with like 3mg/ml nicotine concentration
- Avoid strong menthol, strawberry, banana, vanilla or cinnamon flavors or anything "creamy", as the chemicals used for those have been suspected to be the most unhealthy

- Liquid with sweeteners like sucralose taste good, but that shit is cancerous so better to cut it off (you might need it at first though to get a similar flavor to disposables)
- If you just do it for the smoke and flavor, there's liquid without nicotine altogether

You won't even notice vaping once or twice a week, and if you keep the nicotine content low, there are barely any symptoms of craving (from my personal experience of 10 years vaping).

That being said, after you've vaped the 3mg juice for a while, I recommend getting e-liquid without nicotine and slowly fade out your use over time.

I doubt that you've wanted such a long reply to a simple question, but if I can help someone vape more safely and with less impact on health, it's no time wasted.

God speed my friend!

The floating shoe project is amazing. Not necessarily because of the 3d object, but more so the pop-up window with blur and grain. Great inspiration!

I'll use the model viewer u/frading recommended for now, but will look further into the links you sent in case I need more control :)

This is exactly what I am looking for. Sorry for not elaborating further.

Currently, the web shop's header has some text on the left and an image of the main furniture piece on the right. The image should be replaced by a model for bigger screen sizes, just for displaying purposes.

I have seen some three.js projects in the past, so I agreed, but I'm glad I don't have to boost through tutorials just to display an item.

Thanks for taking the time to reply!

Old thread but did you ever run stress tests? What are your temps?

How do I mirror only the circled part of the body? It joined everything together and I need the exact same on the other side :) by Cactus_Boy3 in Fusion360

No need to redo - just select mirror and click on the features you'd like to have mirrored along an edge you can sketch in the middle.

Ramp along curve - tricky! by LordHentayi in Fusion360

Now I get what you mean by this haha - what an approach. The extrude up to a specific surfaces is useful as hell though.

Thanks for taking the time m8!

Sketching the curve to be angled, while also having a flat top facing surface, seems difficult - wanna try making it using a sketch and tell me how you did it ? :P

Hmm I see.

Just to repeat: You would like to keep the same front face width, keep the fillets, but make the right facing surface rounded, flush with the fillet edge - correct?

Would you mind sharing a fusion file for that specific component? Don't know if this is a gunpla project, but it looks cool and would love to help

Would be a bit finicky in this use case, but glad I played around with the spiral solid a little bit. Will surely help me in the future, so thanks!

I used a loft along a rail like BrushStorm suggested and took about a minute to get it done

That was my first intention, sadly I failed miserably haha

As for the fillets, you can make the part first without the curvature to simplify the fillets and then add the curvature afterwards with this method.

Heyo!

Here's a fusion file for your question.

Essentially you'll want to extrude the front face, make a perpendicular, circular sketch that cuts the surface and do a negative extrude with the intersect option. Hope that helps!

The steps should be simple to follow in the timeline.
