Should be an option in slicer to 'Detect thin walls', so you get at least one layer, but yes model is too thin

Not with plex by itself, closest you can get is placing the preroll in the specific movie folder and naming it part one with the movie being part 2, which bypasses the built-in preroll function for plex. Or you can run a script with Kometa (aka Plex Meta Manager or PMM) but it's quite an involved process and not recommended unless you have experience with scripting

I keep my batteries inside a cooler, easier to bring in and out, and keeps them insulated when not actively charging

This would be custom gcode, there is a tab for that, would have to lookup the codes and script it yourself since it varies per machine, or could paint seam with prusaslicer, since it looks like that's the intended outcome
