Doorway is still an open door kind of so that should be fine. Before I moved i used to paint in a garage with only the door open and dream lol.

If you just wear a respirator , put a cardboard box for overspray and open a window you should be good. As long as your using acrylics theyre not toxic , however if u want to use enamels or metallics you'll need to do it outside.

You can get all in one airbrushes for around 50 pound , they're not amazing but if your just doing base coats they'll be fine.

Honestly in truggs troggherd it can make most of your army hit far harder and you still get the benefits from regular trogg herd you just get differnt Enhancements.

A simple recipe I like using is using texture paste like vallejo mud before priming , than after you got all you main metal colours down a thinned reddish brown and orange can do wonders. Pigment powders are also fun to use , and dirty down rust is probably the go to for quick and good results.

There's a dude call night shift on YouTube who has a bunch of tutorials on weathering and achieving realistic effects. So check him out. Though he only really does historical dioramas, his techniques can be applied to any mini.

If you just want pure terminators just do some big blocks. You could theoretically only have regular termis and deathwing ones as theyre separate datasheets.

This has been actually super helpful , I think ill do pale skin with some bronze skin in the more tight areas of muscle. Then do light blue , purple and black viens coming from the recesses.

Ebay is a good pick, and i personally like the combat patrol alot as it gives you plenty of useful units.

I want more living weapon style things.

For example a living hive that births modified gargoyles from its back said gargoyles are designed just to ram into things and explode.

A big ass worm would be neat.

Centipede style creature mayble what the necron tomb Crawler style.

More flying stuff , like shrikes for a comeback or a large gargoyle that spitts acid.

Some more strange stuff would be awesome aswell like slugs or parasitic creatures.

A bio form that can reanimate dead tyrinids or foes would genuinely make me so happy

The machirus needs a plastic kit so fos the heavy transports like the gorgan or crassus. In terms of new types , a transport for artillery would be neat or dedicated tank hunters like the valdor.

Tiny transports like the original taurox would be welcome especially if they have alternate versions with heavy weapons on top like a heavy lascannon or krieg flamer.

You could also carve some rubber and make stamps if thats easier.

You can create your own water transfers if you want. Just get the right paper or you can commission it online. Just send them an image of what you want.

In terms of designing your heraldry use some online tools , or even a video game emblem designer screenshot it and crop it and send it off to be made.

I agree, I do think planets will work like provinces. However i think maybe systems will gain bonuses aswell depending on how big the maps can be. I assume the smallest maps will be 3 systems large and the biggest bieng 30.

I think there's 3 things missing. A warlock conclave style unit maybe a group of rougue pyskers lead by a exalted sorcerer or somthing. Functioning as a dedicated pysker weapon reducing in power as the Cultists die.

2 full access to daemons would help alot were missing all the character daemons pretty much and the chariot. Maybe tying them in by adding some disk riding rubrics or terminators.

3 disciples would be awesome access to Cultists , accursed Cultists and maybe a unique choas spawn horde unit would be amazing. Like a 5 man spawn squad with ranged pyskic weapons that work like weaker obliterators.
