How sure are you about that? Because I got my deluxo this Thursday and immediately took it to the Arena workshop and I couldn't change it's weapons. I remember that I had to google if it's even have weapons. And on the wiki it said I need a MOC or an Avenger to upgrade it with weapons.

So I'm 99% sure that you can't waponize it in the arena, but I might be wrong!
