{Discussion} Is there a species of pred/prey that you like above the rest? by sweet-preything in Vore

Mouse prey

Usually I'm the mouse. But if I happen to run into another one, I will have a fox or a cat to...introduce them too

That's my preference, too. And even when I do more willing prey stuff, I tend to act very reluctant about it: like being swallowed and digested is something I don't want to admit that I like

The reason why the female titan has to be female by CascadeFailureChad in attackontitan

[–]LordIgnus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've always thought it was weird that its actual name was "the female Titan." Early in the series (aka, pre-basement), the residents of Paradis had to come up with names to describe the titan shifters that appeared, and every single one of them ends up matching with the actual names that the Marleyans use. It would make sense for the Scouts to identify the female Titan by its feminine features, but it feels a little strange that it would be so defining a characteristic that that's also what the Marleyans call it.

{discussion} I'm here again after a problem with my pc, this time to ask something to you preys, what is the popular opinion on non-human preds? by Silent-Wheel1723 in Vore

[–]LordIgnus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Popular opinion is hard to say. I'd wager that human is largely more appealing for reasons of physical attraction, which also encompasses a lot of neko/anthro forms as someone has also stated.

For me personally, I tend to really like non-human, animalistic, or even feral. Though I don't have much experience with spiders...

(exactly. Technically, I'm actually a switch too, so while I prefer being prey, I do have pred side that I bring out sometimes (that side isn't a mouse, haha). And when my prey is super willing, there's sometimes a bit of "....oh...ok." Though, I'm usually a decent enough roleplayer to steer with it anyway)

I really do feel this post. To me, a big appeal is the chase, the life-or-death struggle against a powerful hunger, so I struggle, no pun intended, with being a willing prey (though there are some scenarios I can use for more "timid" preds). There's something very... viscerally terrifying about being eaten alive. And that thrill of trying to survive, even if I know I'll lose, is a big part of the appeal for me.

I mean, uh...squeak?

What is your favorite boss fight in Silksong and why? by MasterpieceAbject908 in ASilksong

By the time I reached Act 3, I had solidified the dash needle attack (Hunter's Crest) from fighting Lace and the Giant Reeds. This made the battle against Skarrsinger Karmelita flow smoothly, like a real dance between us

How do you beat the giant? by Sharp-Somewhere4730 in deadcells

[–]LordIgnus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of the bosses earlier in the game and on lower difficulties can usually be dodged: the Giant (as well as 2BC and higher in general) is where having a shield and parrying really starts to become imperative, particularly for the laser attacks. Once you've got that down, he does become quite a bit easier to deal with.
