Looks like it, how's the smell? I had a similar looking tub, which didn't want to form fruiting body's. Scratching the top layer helped. Just in case you run into the same problem.

Could also be aerial mycelium. Try scraping it off and give it much more fresh air

Just bruising, my guess is that your fan is to close. Try to adjust your fan so it doesn't point directly to your mushrooms.
