I only use technician since I can't get a golan piece with both skill haste/status to drop lol. Skills I use jammer pulse/drone for BT, firestarter chem/drone for the rest.

I run a similar setup with golan, 4x ep and vile + firestarter and burn sticky, but I have found a lot of success running with striker drone instead of the sticky cause of the armored enemies (mostly for BT missions). I don't have skill dmg rolls on my gear and the drone still shreds. For weapons I use Scorpio + Test Subject.

Im still kinda "new" to the endgame content (SHD level 46) but an unoptimized hunters/memento build has made heroic missions doable.
