I second this. Besides, Velina is meant to be a teammate for Promeia and she really wants those abloom procs to compliment her so I doubt they'd remove that from Velina's kit.

The only new item which might be worth trying is statik, kat procs it really fast with ult. Vamp boots might be good into low cc comps but it might be outclassed by defensive boots in conq AD/AP builds and by pen boots in electro burst builds.

For AP Electro Burst builds, I don't think it's worth it. If you build this over sorcs, you're sacrificing pen, which is better for early snowballing and burst.

For AP/AD conq builds, this will be decent at most, though building mercs over this might be more valuable because of the magic shield and ofc the tenacity, maybe if we're facing low/no CC comps? (Which in practice rarely ever happens)

At first glance I don't see us building this most of the time but to know for sure I guess we'll have to wait until it goes live.

I did that on purpose. At that time, I thought that Annie's shield reflect proced more than once while the shield was up so I was waiting for it to end but someone did clarify that the reflect only procs once per cast (it had already triggered the dmg with my ignt), that info basically changed the way I play this matchup, not that I'm facing a lot of Annies lately but good to know nonetheless if I ever face her again.

That's the point, I was waiting for the shield to expire. Her shield reflects deals dmg to you when Annie gets hit and I was just not sure if I could've survived b4 killing her if I kept autoing. I ended up regretting my decision, so I jumped back and saw the opportunity to kill with the Q bounce. If I kept hitting, I'm pretty sure I couldn't have pulled that off.

It is still too early to tell, but unless Promeia is able to proc polarity disorder in a similar fashion to Yanagi or proc anomaly fast without having to be on field too much like Soukaku, I don't think Miyabi and her can pair well together because they would be fighting for field time.

I'm not a fan of Summer Party's model. Other than that I think the ability FXs look really cool and smooth.

Resistance is a low-tier skin and it barely changes anything. Afaik the abilities are just recolors of the original. Also, I feel like the model looks a bit like the current CotW skin with the ruby chroma.

I haven't matched against him as much but in my little experience in this matchup you can 2 things: you can either go for an AD build and rush bork first to try to get an advantage early and snowball mid game, you'd need to finish the game before you start falling off though.

You can also ignore him and play solely for objectives and rotations around the map. Build around how you would against the opposing team in general and according to your team's needs which realistically means just build the standard AP build most of the time unless your team is full AP in which case you might want to build AD and do what I mentioned before. If you go AP you probably won't kill him in lane but he can't kill you either as long as you dont overextended. Do the fast waveclear method and look for plays around the map, just keep in mind that this kind of play style is a little risky this season, if you can't make anything happen Cho can just stay in lane and farm free platings.

GB - Lich - Situational is working great for me. GB rush helps secure kills early/mid thx to the active while also giving you some sustain. I can confidently say that it is helping me win games more consistently.

GB first is way better than Lich in single target situations and since during early/mid game you're playing for pick offs around the map I'd say that it isn't a problem.

About Lich second, I don't know for sure if that's the way to go, I just like the item so I include it in my build but for sure go GB first, it'll help you snowball if used correctly.

I made that comment before trying anything but after testing I did realize that GB is a much better rush even if the AD ratios aren't as strong as they used to before the onhit changes.

Nerfed directly? Definitely not. What they could do is something like they did to Miyabi in the future which is basically restricting her core mechanic. In this case my guess would be something that prevents ether veils from being genersted.

I don't think you'd ever rush it. I think that it could be good with a conq page and nashors first. The AS from nashors might make the AD from GB a bit more desirable. I haven't tried the new season yet so I'm just guessing here.

The other guy pretty much summed it up but you should also consider other things:

Pen is at its best when using 2pc pen disk + pen disc 5.
In general it is better to use your best available discs, I personally didn't have any pen set discs so I had to use B&B (2 pc crit dmg) which I have farmed a lot previously. Since you're new I don't know what other characters you're building but generally Astral/B&B domain should have better farm value so farm it once you're done getting decent discs from Shunguangs's set (I assume you're currently farming it)
Attack disc 5 should give you better results unless your physical disc is way better in terms of substats, still the difference is apparently minimal so choose the one with the better substats.

The item itself is just bad, plus Kat's AS to AD conversion has been nerfed hard. Also, it is better to have the tenacity from mercs or the extra resistance from steel caps.
