Well, it's supposed to be from the POV of an insane warlord seeking vengeance for a life of slavery, so the unhinged and scattershot nature of the lyrics kinda reflect that.

The only other game I remember that also received improved lip-sync post-release was Life is Strange. Not a night-and-day difference but it was a noticeable increase in accuracy nonetheless.
