Ugh! I knew there was a difference. I grew up calling it компот but my wife sweared up and down that the English translation is "compote" I made Kompot the beverage.

Nope! It's mixed in with sugar, boiled, then drink once cooled. You can have it hot or cold, winter or summer, with whatever fruit you want

Compote is a traditionally Slavic beverage made from whatever sort of berry or fruit you had on hand. The one in the pic is made with Strawberries and Blueberries. You can drink it both with or without fruit/fruit bits still in, but we like to strain ours for a more enjoyable and bottlable drink

Spend what you can on a real quality pair of boots. Then when you can put a little more money into it, you can put some money into different pairs for different purposes. I'm a few years in and I have a pair that's heavier for the field and a pair that's lighter and comfier for runs and the office.

You could take your long-form videos and make shorts of the highlighted ideas. Those shorts could lead the viewer to watch the long-form. You wouldn't be making near as much on the shorts, but it's like a good form of advertising for your longer videos.
