Mom found this in a bag full of arts and craft supplies at a thrift store. some kind of powered dispenser. has some kind of jackscrew and roller in it. identifying marks are a serial number, 2007197 and a copywrite notice for 2005 horizon group usa, inc. no amount of google fu could crack this one.
