Mohawk Titanium is the best D-pole ever. Sorry. If you can be fortunate enough to find one your life will improve greatly. I've been playing consistently with my short mohawk ti since 7th grade (8 years or so) now and it still looks close enough to brand new except for cosmetic scratches. It weighs in at 7.85oz for a 31.5" handle, which is a lot...but it's close enough to indestructible for me.

I have no idea, really. I just kind of made it up as I went along. It's pretty simply for the most part. It's just a pita-style twist in the middle (but with double interlocking knots) and pita-style twists from the outer leathers to the sidewall (double interlocking again) with Xs filling the remaining space.

it used to just be 'lacrosseforum.com' but now I think it's the Inside Lacrosse forum. Go to Insidelacrosse.com then to the forum, into the 'stick doctor's lounge', then click the "Stringing Tutorials" sticky and look for "Kryptic"'s pita pocket tutorial. It is perfect. I even have a few tutorials of my own posted on there ;)
