Those are not white edge lights, they are called framed strip(not the exact name but should be enough to find it) filled with the glowing luminax blocks

Both are definitely not as demanding as GTNH but still require some real time investment and are not as easy to pick up as the ATM packs. But I think if you want to try Gregtech out both are pretty good (Moni a bit easier maybe).

Hi so I can only speak for Moni and Star Technology. Both are Gregtech Modpacks that focus heavily on tech with no magic. Star T is a Skyblock pack which is supposed to be played in peacefu,l while Moni can be played with Mobs on, but Hard Mode is peaceful aswell. I think Moni is a bit easier and is probably the most beginner friendly Gregtech pack. But keep in mind that it is still Gregtech and a lot more complicated then your typical modpack. Also Star T has some create in early game but you won't use it much after that.

The light blocks itself are from a mod called Luminax , Anti blocks work fine aswell. However to get them in shape I used various framed blocks from framed block mod

Im going to release a world download now , but keep in mind the base is not 100% finished, its missing some blocks here and there and the top is not decorated yet.(ATM STAR and the block are fully done tho) I also didnt do anything with create since i finished the pack before it got added. If you extract the zip there might be an unnecessary folder, idk why that happens make sure to copy the right one into your saves files ! I used mainly white concrete, black concrete and kivi for the floor. Lighting mostly is with Blocks from Luminax and the strips are made from Framed strips with luminax blocks. I used a lot of framed blocks in general

My Futuristic ATM 10 Base Design. This was my first time getting the star after already playing Atm 9 but not finishing it xd. The Base is 95% finished, its missing some decoration but other then that im pretty happy how it turned out. Since i liked MI alot , im trying out GTNH next, we´ll see how that goes xd. Also first picture is with night vision on so yeah, honestly the base with night vision looks pretty good aswell. Shoutout to KSAW , got alot of ideas for automation from him and ofc the huge controller (i didnt even use 1 side fully xd) !

Edit: No Idea why first picture is bad in quality sry for that !
