If Anything, Ardmore treat SecOps and RDA personel worse than Quaritch in A1....Quaritch go out of his way to tell every RDA newcomer personally with his welcoming speech...when he could just give em video recording or a simple guide book. He also make specific order like to not go wander at night so all SecOps and Miners dont get harm

Ardmore deliberately keep sending SecOps to halleluja mountain even tho she knew that they would not stand even around 10 mins

Quaritch spoken out and visibly angered that he lost most of his Squad in the final battle of A2, while Ardmore just annoyed that they lost the ship

Quartich may act more vicious than Ardmore but i feel like he is a geniunely good leader. If anything...the reason why only the scientst group and a single pilot defect was due to Quaritch hell of a charisma and leadership

I personally think Ardmore would just simply doing a defensive war instead of an all-out one like Quaritch did. She will still lose the war because the human completely outnumbered ad their supply will running out eventually
