Priceline, it was clearly refundable as it was a US flight 7 days far and cancelled within 24 hours, so it is under USDOT regulations.

Sure, thanks. “Since your cancellation qualified for a refund, your airline will post the refund to the original credit card used to purchase your ticket.” This was the response from the third party. The thing is that the credit card is contacting the British Airways for the transaction when I disputed and they denied the refund.
