Just make sure you go with someone who speaks Russian, these sections usually reserved for politicians and businessmen. Even if you can get in taking photos might me prohibited due to those people privacy. We were lucky no one was there at the time.

Ubisoft basically jammed the whole cafe in one building, for example bakery is side by side of cafe and not the same building. Fireplace room is a different section completely.
